Indiana Jo

Another great week on Planet Ray, and how brave is ace news girl Jo Critcher? We spoke to Harrison Ford's stuntman, he'd been filming for the latest Indiana Jones - in Tilbury. So with Indiana Jones films in mind we sent reporter Jo off to do brave things with snakes, just like Indiana Jones Jo just LOVES snakes!

Baby news

Ray Clark Breakfast Show voice of the news, Shani Ryan has given birth to twins, formerly known as Horace and Boris were born on Friday. Current voice of the news, Claire Sawyer has the details...

"At 1036 Torin Luc weighed in at 5lb 12 and his younger twin sister Romilly Josephine two minutes later at 1038 at 5lb 12 and a half.

Shani's twins first public appearance

Mum and the twins are both doing very well and so is Dad... who was having a nap when I spoke to her yesterday.

When I spoke to Shani she said she went to feed Romilly and when she came back Dad and Torin were already looking through car mags and have decided on their next make and model. Dad also wants to alternate taking a twin to work because he'll miss them.

Torin is dark haired... more pointed features like Dad and Romilly fair and a rounder face like Shani... although she said even in the last few days they have changed loads"

Work in progress

Sunshine Rules UK OK

At last - Spring is here, and as official Ray Clark Breakfast Show allotment man I've been busy, and brave, by putting out my little runner bean plants when most gardeners would say there's still a risk of frost. I think this is a lovely time of year, the trees are beautiful, everything is growing like mad and the colours are just so bright

Dengie Boy

I am a genuine Dengie Boy, from the 'soon to be breakaway republic of the Dengie Peninsula' and now it seems the area has it's own anthem. Rumour had reached me of a great rap song about them good 'ol boys and since we tracked it down and mentioned it we've had loads of people asking where to find it.

cocker freeman, Dengie Hundred's own 'rap star'

Yo! Go go Cocker Freeman - rap star!

We managed to track down the man responsible, Living legend Cocker Freeman, and invited him to Planet Ray on Friday. You can find the song on youtube.co.uk and search for Dengie Boy

No Tom Walmington-on-Sea this week, he's back on Monday, but currently going down a storm in mainland Europe
