Sutton maintained their 100 per cent start to the National League season with victory at home against Hartlepool.

The hosts made it three wins out of three as they ended their opponents' own perfect start.

Temi Babalola fired Sutton in front in the 20th minute, holding off Reiss McNally to latch on to a long ball from Dan Urpens and firing home.

Emmanuel Osadebe made it two seven minutes later, heading home from an Urpens throw-in.

Corey Mckeown pulled a goal back in the 35th minute, winning possession off a Sutton defender before working a shooting chance and firing home.

Both sides had chances after the break as Sutton held their nerve to pick up another win.
