"Anam bin comot Aguleri signpost comot for di land and leave dia own for dia sometime back. But Aguleri put back dia signboard recently and naso kasala burst and dem begin burn houses and evritin.
"Di pipo of Umuoba Anam kpai pipo immediately for dat spot. I bin dey shop and hear say dem don kpai eight pipo," she tok.
Di Aguleri resident say di pipo of Umuoba Anam burn down many schools and houses and even burn dia Igwe house.

Anambra State Govnor Chukwuma Soludo don directed Amaeze Aguleri and Umuoba Anam communities for Anambra East Local Govment Area to stop di kasala immediately and allow peace reign.

Aburime say Govnor Soludo don convene emergency peace and security meeting wit key stakeholders from di affected communities to hold on Wednesday, 7 October 7, 2026, for di Light House.
"In di interim, di Governor don issue stern directive as e order both communities to immediately cease all forms of hostilities, maintain absolute peace, and exercise restraint.
"All grievances, claims, and presentations gatz di channelled exclusively through dia designated stakeholders for di upcoming Awka meeting.
"Furthermore, security agencies, including di Police, don dey fully deployed to di area to enforce law and order, safeguard lives, and prevent any further breach of di peace," di statement add.
