A'vast behindI climbed aboard Planet Ray listener Terry Batt's boat, Cacheflow, at Brightlingsea on Wednesday on my way out to view, close-up, the construction of the 48 wind turbines off our coast. Terry is working with the company responsible, DONG Energy, and in particular with the environmental team who monitor the movements of mammals, such as seals and porpoises, in the area. Whatever your view on the huge wind turbines that are appearing around our country, there can be no denying the engineering and planning that goes into these huge structures is very impressive. ![]() Caroline's DJs on the Mi Amigo - cool or what? To the lifeboatsRay Clark Breakfast show listener Barry loves sailing.
