Rivers State Govnor Siminalayi Fubara don present ₦1.854 trillion 2026 budget proposal to di Rivers State House of Assembly.

Govnor Fubara say di budget wey e title 'Budget of Resilience for Growth and Development ' aim to sustain economic growth, strengthen infrastructure, improve human capital development and enhance social investments across di state.

E project total revenue of ₦1.854 trillion for di 2026 fiscal year, wey represent a 24.49 per cent increase ova di adjusted 2025 budget as di expected growth go come from higher receipts from di Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC), derivation funds, and internally generated revenue.
