Becoming a writer
BRYAN - Nadine, for you, what was your route into writing?
NADINE - When I was younger, I loved writing. It was my favourite thing to do and I loved it. But I did not think that an author was something someone could be. I thought that was the kind of thing that happened to other people and not to me. So I had a whole different career, went down a whole different path. But I always think that who you are is always going to kind of call to you. And, and I always knew that I was that I was an author, that I was meant to write deep inside. So I started to give more attention to that. And I started to believe in myself, started to go to writing workshops. And then, you know, ten years later, here we are.
