Alexis Warr

American-born Alexis Warr certainly knows how to make her mark on the dancefloor!

Alexis shot to fame after winning US dance series So You Think You Can Dance in 2022, where she was crowned ‘America’s Favourite Dancer’ and became the first female Ballroom and Latin dancer to claim the title.

Before making her Strictly debut, Alexis performed as a guest Professional Dancer and as part of the dance troupe on the US version of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars. She also joined the show’s accompanying US tour for three years and has danced on America’s Got Talent and World of Dance.

Her impressive dance CV doesn’t stop there! Alexis has toured across the States, including three tours with Dancing With The Stars judge Derek Hough, as well as performing in his Las Vegas residency.

Alexis was already familiar with a very special part of the Strictly world before joining the show, having previously danced at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

In 2025, Alexis officially joined the Strictly family and was partnered with George Clarke for her first series. The pair made it all the way to the Grand Final, making Alexis’ debut year one to remember!

Now back for another year, Alexis is ready to bring her energy, passion and American flair to the Strictly Ballroom once again.
