MK Dons and Huddersfield shared the spoils in a game both sides will feel they could have won.
Joe Taylor gave Huddersfield an early lead, but MK Dons equalised through Aaron Collins after half-time.
Huddersfield opened the scoring after nine minutes when Ryan Ledson's through-pass released Taylor, and his shot beat Craig MacGillivray despite the keeper getting a touch.
The Terriers would go on to miss numerous chances during the first half.
MacGillivray saved strikes from Taylor and Jay Sway, Taylor's long-range drive hit the bar and was deemed not to have crossed the line, while Ashley Fletcher's strike hit the post.
MK Dons equalised in the 54th minute as Ben Wiles fed Collins, who cut inside and curled home the equaliser and his second goal in as many games.
Both sides would then have strong penalty appeals denied by the officials, while the Dons came closest to a winner as Ryan Wintle's effort was blocked on the line and Wiles fired just wide as the game ended all square.
