Di Nigerian Air Force don release di names of five crew members and 20 passengers wey lost dia lives for di 931 aircraft accident wey happun for Igbokoda area of Ondo State, southwest Nigeria on Monday, 5 October.

Di Air Force for inside one statement on Tuesday wey dia tok-tok pesin Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame issue on Tuesday tok say dem neva see any survivors from di ATR 42 aircraft, NAF 931 wey crash near one naval base area for di state.

Di statement say di aircraft bin dey on one routine mission from Benin to Lagos wen di accident occur.

"Dem immediately activate search-and-rescue procedures, wit response efforts in coordination wit relevant authorities to locate and account for all persons on board. No survivors have been found," NAF tok for di statement.

Although, di cause of di accident neva dey clear, however, di Chief of di Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke wey describe di incident as "painful moment for di Nigerian Air Force and di nation", tok say im don direct comprehensive investigation to establish di circumstances wey surround di accident.

E also assure families of di victims of di service full support during dis difficult period.
