A year of Pic of the Season winners
We can't quite believe it but the next Weather Watchers' Pic of the Season will be its 10th edition.
The online competition, where the public can vote for their favourite UK weather image of the season, was launched in Autumn 2019. All photos taken by Weather Watchers during the titular meteorological season are eligible, and a panel of BBC Weather producers and presenters select the best ten to go through to the public vote.
While we wait to see which image will be crowned Pic of the Season Winter 2021/22, here's a look back at the fantastic winners we've had so far.

Autumn 2019: Pic of the Season's first ever winner was this spectacular wave in Porthcawl, Bridgend

Winter 2019/20: This tranquil scene of sunlight streaming through woodland in Cannock, Staffordshire, took the title

Spring 2020: May's supermoon, photographed from Haile, Cumbria, rose to the top spot

Summer 2020: Unusual lenticular clouds taking the shape of mountain peaks on the Isle of Rum proved to be a winning formula

Autumn 2020: Tollymore's vibrant autumnal shades couldn't be beaten

Winter 2020/21: A frosty, snowy landscape at Glencoe Lochan in the Scottish Highlands took the winter crown

Spring 2021: The Sun rising behind a lone tree at Murlough Bay, County Antrim, was voted the public favourite

Summer 2021: An idyllic shot of the sunset at St Ouen's Bay, Jersey, took last year's summer title

Autumn 2021: Another dramatic wave from Porthcawl swept to victory in our most recent competition
