A strong southeasterly flow affects the coastal waters today, as a low moves northwest from the channel bringing rain. Then another low arrives into the southwest later this evening and into tomorrow, bringing gales and severe gales to the southern waters for a time, as it moves northeast towards the North Sea through tomorrow.
