Remaining windy and mostly cloudy tonight with a few remaining showers in places. These will be lighter than the daytime and most will tend to ease by dawn.

Staying windy tomorrow with plenty of cloud and some light drizzle in the morning. A few sunny breaks will develop in the afternoon with easing winds by the evening.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday

Cloudy, breezy and damp to start on Thursday with patchy mist and fog locally. Sunny spells will develop into the afternoon, then skies will clear by the evening. Very warm and sunny on Friday but with a risk of a few thundery downpours in the evening, overnight and through Saturday too. However, confidence currently remains low on their development and extent.
