This evening will see a few lingering showers, wintry on the hills. These will ease overnight as skies clear, but a band of cloud will build in across the west towards dawn. Cold with light winds.

Thursday

Tomorrow morning will see variable cloud and sunny spells. In the afternoon, it will cloud over as outbreaks of rain develop in western areas. Rain pushing eastwards by evening, and turning breezy.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday

Friday will have thick cloud and some showers or patches of rain, these wintry on the hills and more frequent in the evening. However, the north may see occasional sunny spells.
