Tamworth were in fine goalscoring form as they ran out 4-1 winners over Scunthorpe in the National League.

The Lambs took control of the game after just four minutes as Morgan Roberts tapped in from a Kieren Donnelly cross.

Donelly doubled the lead with a header 10 minutes later and Tom McGlinchey pounced on a loose ball to add a third.

Alfie Beestin pulled one back in first-half stoppage time and Pat Jones later hit the post for the Iron but Tamworth held on, with Dan Creaney adding their fourth late on.
