Freya Jones takes UK javelin gold

Welsh javelin thrower Freya Jones took gold at the UK Athletics Championship with a new Welsh record of 58.12m.

The 32-year-old had four of her javelins broken en route to Australia in April, but using her new ones she beat her own Welsh record to earn gold in Birmingham.

Jones hopes her story inspires others to never give up on their dreams.
