Mercedes' deputy team principal Bradley Lord speaking to 5 Live's Rosanna Tennant: "It felt like everyone was getting a bit excited but all Kimi could do today is go out and win. Amazing job by everyone on the pit wall and the strategists back at base because I think the one stop was about eight seconds quicker on our numbers but Kimi also finished plenty more than eight seconds ahead. What a drive, what a win."

Max Verstappen was not able to do anything about that. Maybe Red Bull should have gone to the hard tyre when they had the chance. Maybe he's now run out of tyre, he doesn't seem to be able to defend and push as hard as the Ferraris can.
