There light show and half-time music at Monterrey Stadium is in full swing at present and is probably more entertaining than the first half we've just seen.

You'd imagine that Scotland fans will be fairly happy with the scorelines in the two final games in Group A at present.

If you don't know the result from their Group C encounter with Brazil earlier, take a look at this.

A few words of warning to any Scotland fans....It is not pleasant viewing.

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 02:51 BST

Another contest where shots on target have been few and far between.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 02:50 BST

Mexico have easily been the dullest side of the host nations so far. The fans are great, but the mystique of the Azteca can only take them so far.

    David, Oregon

So a draw in both matches or wins for Mexico and South Korea are what Scotland need.

    Kyle, Seattle

Over 30 minutes in, and not a single shot from Mexico. Horrendous, they're just lucky the Czechs are incapable of hitting the target so far!

    Czech Republic 0-0 Mexico

Jorge Sanchez drives the ball straight at the Czech Republic keeper Matej Kovar and Roberto Alvarado then makes a complete hash of another opportunity moments later from a similar position, just rushing and skying his effort miles over the bar.

  18. 'Not a bad effort from Reyes'published at 02:38 BST

    Czech Republic 0-0 Mexico

    Danny Murphy

A great ball in. Whips it into a really dangerous area, not a bad effort from Mexico's big centre half Israel Reyes.

  19. Postpublished at 02:38 BST

    Czech Republic 0-0 Mexico

Israel Reyes has Mexico's first shot on goal. It's an overhead kick from almost 18 yards out and in fairness the 26-year-old centre-half isn't that far away.

    Czech Republic 0-0 Mexico

The Czech Republic work the ball forward well but then opt to go wide to Vladimir Coufal, who isn't exactly known for his guile on the wing. Attack over.
