On playing against ten for the majority of the game: "I was thinking when they got the red card, this could actually be tougher for us because then they could go down in a really low block and just defend but as the game kept going and we created more and more chances and came in at half time and got together and talked [about] our plan... when the first goal came then it was nice."
On her celebration for the first goal [shushing]: "I like to celebrate my goals. I saw the Crystal Palace fans and I like to have a bit of fun and then I thought why not."
On competition for places in the squad: "Competition is healthy and it'll only make the team better and compete every week. I think today Vic [Victoria Pelova] got her first start as well scoring two goals so I think the competition is really healthy and will help us get a really good season."
Defending champions Manchester City remain top of the Women's Super League after the end of the third week of action.
They are the only side to have won all three of their games so far.

Brighton will feel they should have put that one to bed.

Tottenham put seven past Crystal Palace in the second half.
A hat-trick for Olivia Holdt, two goals for Victoria Pelova, two assists for Signe Gaupset (arguably three, given she played the ball to Shekiera Martinez before she turned in).
An absolute thrashing.
West Ham 0-1 Everton

This one looked destined to end goalless, but for the second match in a row Everton win thanks to an own goal.
West Ham just couldn't hold on - they will be gutted.

Very nearly a late winner for Brighton but Jelena Cankovic turns over from about six yards out after latching on to a free kick.

It's another nervy moment for West Ham goalkeeper Constance Picaud-Inconnu as she juggles a cross, but she catches it at the second attempt.
Everton ended a run of three consecutive away defeats in the WSL
A 94th-minute own goal saw Everton snatch a 1-0 victory against West Ham, the second Women's Super League match in a row they have won through an own goal.
A week after beating Charlton Athletic without registering a shot on target, Everton were gifted all three points when West Ham defender Laia Codina headed past her own goalkeeper from a Yuka Momiki free-kick.
Everton had shaded what was an evenly contested first half but failed to register a shot on target despite having two presentable opportunities.
Ornella Vignola rounded West Ham's Constance Picaud-Inconnu who had rushed out to the edge of her penalty area, but the Everton forward couldn't get the ball out of her feet and Rosa van Gool ended up firing wide.
Towards the end of the half, Hannah Silcock somehow headed wide from six yards out after escaping her marker to meet a clipped Hannah Cain diagonal.
West Ham's best chance came when Riko Ueki dispossessed Silcock 35 yards out and charged towards goal, but the Japanese forward fired over from the edge of the penalty area under pressure.
The Toffees continued to look slick in their build-up play after the break and managed to muster some efforts on goal but their finishing was poor and never seriously troubled Picaud-Inconnu despite Cain producing several dangerous crosses.
Ueki remained West Ham's main goal threat but failed to really test Courtney Brosnan with a close-range header before limping off with a leg issue.
Keeping with the theme of poor finishing, Viviane Asseyi and Kelly Gago - the latter facing her former club for the first time - spurned several half-chances.
Zara Kramzar wasted a great chance to secure maximum points for Everton when she dragged wide with only Picaud-Inconnu to beat, but fellow substitute Momiki stepped up with a dangerous cross that Codina put in her own net.
