  1. What now for Celtic?published at 15:22 GMT

    FT: Falkirk 2-0 Celtic

That's now six defeats in the last 10 games for Martin O'Neill's Celtic.

They're still top of the Scottish Premiership but Rangers have a chance to move within a point when they play their game in hand.

As for Europe, the less said they better. They're three games in, three defeats in and second bottom of the Europa League.

Where do they go from here?

The best time for O'Neill to go was the summer. The second best time is now. Every Celtic fan can see where this season is going, the only question is whether the O'Neill and the Celtic board will acknowledge reality.

    Jim

This Celtic team is absolutely terrible, that's down to the manager and the coaches. Sorry Martin you and your team are not doing it. Time to go.

It'll be the Celtic performance that's analysed, and maybe over-analysed. They weren't that bad. They must have created eight or nine really good chances. Scott Bain was inspired for Falkirk.

I know it's been a while since Falkirk beat Celtic here but it's not really a surprise. This isn't a vintage Celtic side. But I tell you what, it's a vintage Falkirk side. It's a great result for them.

I have supported this team for 45 years, but, I have just ripped my season ticket into pieces. I no longer follow Glasgow Celtic. Enough said.

    Barry

I'm assuming your season ticket is plastic Barry, but I understand the sentiment...

Let's see what excuses will come for being beat today. Cheated, board fault, Martin's fault, the players' fault. All of them or just the fact that Falkirk are managed well and were the far better team

  5. 'Big question marks for Celtic'published at 15:02 GMT

    Falkirk 2-0 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

It was a terrific display from Falkirk defensively. They had much more penetration than Celtic, who just go from side to side. Scott Bain was unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. I counted eight saves he made.

Falkirk deserve it. They've got a terrific young team. John McGlynn has done a great job with them.

But there are big question marks over whether or not these players are good enough for Celtic.

Celtic may have won the possession, shots, and xG battle but that bottom stat is the only one that matters.

Falkirk were far more clinical when it counted - two goals from two shots on target.

What a day for Falkirk. They were brilliant, every single one of them and this game will go down in Falkirk folklore given a 19-year wait to defeat Celtic.

    All credit to them.

Celtic look in serious trouble. Yes, they had chances. Yes, Scott Bain was sensational in goal. But defensively they are so weak and it's cost them.

There are so many questions surrounding Celtic right now. Three wins in their last 10. One clean sheet in that run. Inconsistent selections. Answers are badly required

Another decent cross from Kieran Tierney but there's no one in green and white to get on the end of it and the ball goes out for a goal-kick.

What a chance Falkirk have now. 10 minutes to go and they still retain that two goal cushion.

Scott Bain has been utterly outstanding but all in Bairns blue have given absolutely everything.

They're on the verge of a famous win that will leave all sorts of questions for Celtic to answer.
