If Aston Villa could be a bit more clinical they could definitely be a team that threaten. It's just the final ball. If they could be a little bit more careful with that, they are a very dangerous team.

The offside flag is up but Rachel Daly wasn't too far off. She has a clear shot in the box but knows it won't count and volleys it straight at Megan Walsh.

Ebony Salmon beats Estelle Cascarino on the right side and Tuva Hansen has to clear it out for a corner.

Those changes have slowed the game down a little but Villa are still the team in control and pushing.

A big return for Villa's club captain Rachel Daly, who takes the armband off Miri Taylor as she makes her return from injury. She hasn't played since the start of January. She comes on for Maya Hijikata.

Ffion Morgan gets involved straight away, driving at the full-back, then curling a dangerous cross into the box. It's eventually cleared but it wasn't comfortable for the Villa defence.

The first moves from Rita Guarino. Ylinn Tennebo has had a quiet day and she's replaced by Katrina Gorry.

Lynn Wilms' corner almost picks out Oriane Jean-Francois at the near post but she can't make contact. It almost bounces in awkwardly off Riko Ueki but Megan Walsh is alert to scoop the ball up.

Jenna Nighswonger, yet again, plays a teasing ball down the line for Noelle Maritz and she earns a corner.

It's been a good start to the second half by Villa. They have another corner and it's Jenna Nighswonger involved again in the build-up.

In the end, Miri Taylor curls it into the arms of Megan Walsh.

Kirsty Hanson is waiting in the middle as Ebony Salmon gets away down the right. It's very well defended by Eva Nystrom though.

Jenna Nighswonger then picks out Maya Hijikata but she drags her shot wide of the far post.

Oriane Jean-Francois gets on the end of the free-kick and tries to poke it over the line but it's blocked by goalkeeper Megan Walsh.

Kirsty Hanson can't poke it through to Lynn Wilms but she responds to win the ball back off Estelle Cascarino.

The West Ham defender doesn't want Hanson to escape so pulls her down and takes the yellow card.

No changes by either manager at the break. Ylinn Tennebo had just eight touches in the first half so can she get more involved?
