I think we're all going to need seven days to shake off the adrenaline from this afternoon.

What a few hours we've had. More ups and downs (and nausea) than your favourite rollercoaster.

So much still to play for when we wrap up another thrilling season in League One and League Two next Saturday.

We'll be right here and hope you can join us too.

    Until then, TTFN.

Newport's 108th(!)-minute winner over Oldham leaves them one point above the bottom two, while Harrogate's 2-0 win over Walsall isn't enough to get them outside the relegation zone.

Crawley are just outside by the skin of their teeth after a 3-3 draw, but Barrow's hopes are all but gone with luck required and a goal difference of eight to make up on Crawley to escape their fate.

It was joy for Cambridge though, whose 3-0 win over the basement side leaves them in third with automatic promotion in their hands.

Grimsby secured a play-off spot with a 4-0 drubbing of Swindon, who will feel extra sore now that next week's opponents Chesterfield have overtaken them in the final play-off spot the play-offs to set up a final day shoot-out.

While no-one will be happier than those at Stadium MK. The Dons confirmed their promotion to League One and go into the last match of the season at the top of the table.

Play until Newport score is it? 90+16 yet they score on 90+18?

Never fun seeing your team lose, but I can make an exception for a dramatic last-minute goal for a team with relegation on the line. Well done, Newport, from an Oldham fan!

Bolton secured their play-off place after their draw at Bradford meaning the Bantams require a point at Exeter on the final day.

Stockport will also need one point from their final two games to confirm their place after Luton won at Barnsley to move them within a point of the top six following Stevenage's draw at Doncaster.

The final relegation spot is going to go to the final day after AFC Wimbledon's late win at Wigan saw the Dons safe.

Exeter's draw at Burton means the Brewers are safe with the Grecians needing to a win on the final day for any chance to stay up after Peterborough lost at Stockport in the early kick-off and Leyton Orient lost at Blackpool.

    Newport 3-2 Oldham

Bobby Kamwa is Newport's hero as he finds a 118th minute winner to take Newport out of the bottom two.

Ben Lloyd's scored right out the gates in the second half to level the score but the hosts struggled to find another against the 10 man visitors for the majority of the match.

It seemed like the Exiles could seal it when Kamwa earned them a penalty in the 15th minute of 16 minutes of added time.

But Oldham substitute keeper Tom Donaghy, who came on to replace injured number one stopper Mathew Hudson earlier in the match, saved it and it all seemed over.

But then Kamwa nestled a winner into the bottom corner at the death to see Rodney Parade erupt.

It sends them one point clear of the bottom two and sending Harrogate back down into the relegation places.

    THEY'VE DONE IT!

Seeing his penalty saved has only motivated Bobby Kamwa to make amends and oh, amends he has made.

He's struck into the net to give Newport a massively important winner.

Cardiff are meant to have a trophy presentation today to celebrate their promotion from League One.

But there's a hold-up at the moment as we wait for the Bluebirds' supporters to clear the pitch after they streamed on to the field following their 5-1 thrashing of Northampton.

Cardiff's players are back in the changing room, waiting to re-emerge for the presentation.

A massive three points for the team who started the day bottom of table – but end it outside the relegation zone.

With two goals, Shawn McCoulsky will rightly get the headlines but this was the definition of team effort.

The fight to stay up goes down to the wire. The away end is bouncing - and the fact a large portion of the men are without shirts…it’s also jiggling.

We are still going at Newport, by the way.

There was a whopping 16 minutes added to the clock but shots from Ben Lloyd and Michael Spellman have missed the mark thus far.

    Cambridge 3-0 Barrow

Cambridge ease to a 3-0 victory that puts automatic promotion into their grasp... and dents Barrow's survival hopes, badly.

The visitors are bottom of the league, a full three points away from safety and four goals worse off.

Their fate feels inevitable. Non-league is calling their name.

And it could still happen today depending on if Crawley and Newport can BOTH find a winner...

Harrogate claim a HUGE win over Walsall in the relegation battle.

Shawn McCoulsky scored on either side of the half-time whistle to lift the side from the basement to the outside of the bottom two.

Their safety will go down to the wire but it's a win that has put them in much better stead.
