American runner Sara Hall stages a dramatic late comeback to overtake world champion Ruth Chepngetich in a final 150-metre dash to the finish line on The Mall. Hall finishes second with a personal best time of two hours, twenty-two minutes and one second, in the 2020 London Marathon.
