Hannah first competed on Great British Menu in series 20, where she impressed with her creativity and natural storytelling. Since then her confidence, technique and range have only grown.

Growing up in St Andrews, cooking was the one subject that truly clicked for her. Still in school when she took her first job at The Adamson in St Andrews, she quickly realised she’d found her passion. At 18 she moved to the Isle of Skye, spending most of her time on pastry.

Before the age of 24 she had already trained in multiple Michelin-starred kitchens, including under Gareth Ward and Tommy Banks.

At just 20 she entered the superyacht industry as a crew chef, cooking for crew and guests alike and showcasing her chocolate skills. Her rise was rapid: she became sous chef, and soon after head chef on a 92-metre yacht, described as the youngest female head chef in the industry at the time.

Hannah’s menu reflects her passion for storytelling and for celebrating Scottish film and filmmakers.
