Happy birthday Spneb, the world's oldest Humboldt penguin!

That's certainly an interesting type of fish cake

Spneb the penguin has turned 38, making her the oldest known Humboldt penguin in captivity (or not in the wild).
She lives at Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary in Cornwall, in the South of England.
Keepers there have said the diving diva is "sliding into her 38th birthday... with more sparkle and sardines than ever".
Spneb was gifted a big blue cake topped with all her favourite treats such as Cornish sardines and sprats - delicious.

Spneb and Prince live happily together at Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary
Keeper Becky Waite said although Spneb was the eldest of the colony, she still had "a good appetite, enjoys a good nosy peek out of her nest box and happily supervises the youngsters like a feathery neighbourhood watch".
She happily lives with her flippered companion Prince, who keepers say "loves to show off".
Spneb's unique name comes from a combination of the names of different medicines given to her when she was treated for a serious illness, which she later recovered completely from.
