Kenyans have begun voting in a historic referendum on a proposed new constitution.
The draft document contains radical proposals on reducing the powers of the president and land reform.
Today's referendum was part of a deal that ended deadly clashes after a disputed election in December 2007 when more than 1,000 people were killed.
