Police in Nigeria hunt golden jubilee bombers

Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan says a small terrorist group outside of Nigeria is responsible for the bombings that killed at least 12 people last Friday.

The Niger Delta militant group, MEND says it is responsible and it has apologised for the loss of life.

So who is the president talking about?
