In Uganda MPs investigating corruption and misappropriation of funds, want to know what happened to vast sums of money that were disbursed for the Commonwealth leaders summit (Chogm) in 2007.
A number of people appearing before the committee have alleged that President Museveni authorised certain expenditures, which have left many questions about how the taxpayers' money was spent.
President Yoweri Museveni is due to appear before a parliamentary committee to answer their questions.
