1996: Dame Esther Rantzen on her most emotional TV moment

Dame Esther Rantzen, broadcaster, campaigner and charity founder, has died aged 86.

In 1996, she reflected on one of the most memorable and moving moments of her career. Nicholas Winton, who had rescued hundreds of children from the Holocaust, was sat in the audience of That's Life!, unknowingly surrounded by the very people he had saved.
