Derry City have signed former Republic of Ireland under-21 international Brian Cash on a two-year deal. The 22-year-old winger, who can play on either flank, played eight first team games for Nottingham Forest.
During his five-year spell at Forest, the Dubliner had loan spells at Swansea City and Rochdale.
Cash recently had a trial at St Johnstone but while the Scottish club offered him a contract he opted instead to sign for Derry.
The Dubliner also had a recent trial with Hearts.
