It looks like they have both settled well. Felix Auger-Aliassime is a lot more accustomed to this stage and knows what he needs to do. Alejandro Tabilo might have to take a bit more time to figure out the tactics for today.

    Auger-Aliassime 2-1 Tabilo*

There are some worrying signs already for Alejandro Tabilo as Felix Auger-Aliassime already seems to have got to grips with his aggressive style.

The Canadian picks up the first couple of the points - winning the second with a lovely overhead volley at the net - to lead 0-30, before Tabilo claims successive points to level.

Ah, Auger-Aliassime reads a drop shot perfectly and has the first opportunity to break.

On Court Suzanne-Lenglen, Matteo Berrettini has won the first set of his fourth-round match against Juan Manuel Cerundolo.

Italian Berrettini is a former Wimbledon finalist but injuries have severely hampered his progress in recent years.

Cerundolo knocked out top seed Jannik Sinner in round two and then came through a third-round match against Martin Landaluce that lasted just short of six hours.

Alejandro Tabilo is not holding back. The 28-year-old looks more than happy at the baseline and cracking the ball around with intent. Fair play to Felix Auger-Aliassime, though, as he stays with his opponent shot-for-shot.

Auger-Aliassime comes up with a lovely serve and volley, and Tabilo ends up hooking the return long.

I think the match up itself is interesting.

A lefty [Alejandro Tabilo] swinging out wide to Felix Auger-Aliassime's backhand. I feel Felix will try to use his forehand as much as possible. I am intrigued to see how this plays out.

There's not a huge crowd on Court Philippe-Chatrier just yet, but that might pick up as this match develops.

A little bit of a rocky start from Felix Auger-Aliassime on serve, the Canadian looks a little wild with some of his attempts.

But Auger-Aliassime comes through to get the hold to 30.

    Auger-Aliassime v Tabilo

Alejandro Tabilo has played only seven sets so far to get through to the fourth round of the French Open.

The unseeded Chilean, ranked 36th in the world, had a walkover in the second round and then saw off French teenager Moise Kouame in four sets to reach the last 16.

This is new territory in a Grand Slam for Tabilo - his previous best was a run to the third round of Wimbledon in 2024.

Is this going to be his time to reach a first Grand Slam final and maybe win a first major?

Martina Navratilova, the previous oldest world number one to make a comeback at 43 years old, said:

"Serena brought the game to another level and it is incredible for the sport that she's pushing the boundaries and coming back.

In the past hour or so, it has been confirmed that Serena Williams will make her return to competitive action after an absence of almost four years in the women's doubles at Queen's Club later this month.

She has been granted a wildcard for the tournament which begins on 8 June and, although her partner has not yet been officially confirmed, it has been widely reported that she will play alongside Canadian teenager Victoria Mboko.

The 44-year-old American "evolved away" from tennis in 2022 after winning 23 Grand Slam singles titles in her 27-year career.

Rumours of a return began last year when her name appeared on the list of players registered for the drug-testing pool.

Williams denied she was returning, but the whispers got louder when her name was included on the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) reinstatements list in February.

On Monday, she shared a video on social media of her walking on to a tennis court containing the caption: "Guess everybody heard the news", alongside a post which said: "Good news travels fast."

Williams said: "Queen's Club feels like the perfect place to begin this next chapter.

"Grass has given me some of the most meaningful moments of my career and I'm excited to be back competing on one of the sport's most iconic stages."
