Versatile back Cummins joins Cornish Pirates

Versatile back Joe Cummins has signed for Cornish Pirates and will spend the 2026-27 season on loan at Redruth.

Cummins, who can play at fly-half or full-back, made his Pirates debut against Camborne in a pre-season friendly last week.

"Joe is another young Cornish talent who has impressed after training with us during pre-season," joint head coach Gavin Cattle said.

"Redruth is a great place for him to continue his development and I'm sure it won't be long before we see him wearing a Pirates jersey again."
