Senne Lammens was one of Manchester United's better performers in Poland
Manchester United's pre-season campaign ended in disappointing fashion as they were beaten 4-2 by Ruben Amorim's AC Milan in Wroclaw.
Michael Carrick's side led twice, through Harry Maguire and Patrick Dorgu, but were exposed defensively with AC Milan netting three close range goals before Ruben Loftus-Cheek raced clear to add a fourth and give Amorim a satisfying win against his old club.
How did Michael Carrick's players perform a week before their Premier League opener at Hull City?
Senne Lammens: Solid save from Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the opening stages and did even better to deny the England midfield shortly afterwards with a reaction stop. Part of a largely commanding display, showing no confidence issues post World Cup. No chance with the goals. 8
Noussair Mazraoui (off 60): Tried to get forward in the manner we saw him do for Morocco at the World Cup, although bundled off the ball at one point which led to a Milan effort on goal, then lost possession high up the field. 6
Harry Maguire: Outmuscled Yunus Musah at Manchester United's first corner and ended with the easiest of tasks to head home. Part of a defence that did not cover itself in glory though. 6
Ayden Heaven (off 60): Along with Andrey Santos and Patrick Dorgu, one of three players to start all six pre-season games. Still prone to the odd error but loves a challenge. 6
Luke Shaw: Magnificent long pass to release Bruno Fernandes for a first-half chance but it felt he was given too much to do defensively when AC Milan switched play to his flank. 6
Andrey Santos (off 60): Not quite as effective as in recent games and late in making a couple of tackles that could have proved costly. 6
Youri Tielemans: A mixed bag. A mistake on the edge of his own area almost led to Milan equaliser and defensively not great. Clear positives in his link-up play with Bruno Fernandes. Intelligence to hold his position when Andrey Santos burst forward. Brought down for penalty. 6
Amad Diallo (off 60): Pushed forward when Matheus Cunha went looking for space but did not really get a chance to run at the Milan defence. 6
Bruno Fernandes: Burst from midfield and took two touches, first to control Luke Shaw's long and then to shoot. If that was brilliant, his penalty failure was not. 6
Patrick Dorgu (off 60): Good early run and shot tipped over by Lorenzo Torriani, which led to United's opener. Fabulous dummy to set up Fernandes for another chance later on and scored the second, thanks to a major mistake. Booked for a late tackle as well. 8
Matheus Cunha (off 60): Started in the number nine role but still tended to drop deep. Took a blow to the face just before half-time. 6

Lisandro Martinez (on 60): Difficult introduction to pre-season as Manchester United's defence exposed. Couldn't catch Loftus-Cheek for AC Milan's fourth. 6
Diogo Dalot (on 60): Got forward and had a shot blocked. The major defensive issues were not down his side. 7
Kobbie Mainoo (on 60): Thunderous long-range shot almost brought his side back into it but didn't control the middle of the pitch. 6
Marcus Rashford (on 60): Kept noticeably wider, first couple of attempts to run at his full-back didn't come off. Brought roars from the crowd for a superb piece of skill that took him past an opponent by the corner flag. 7
Bryan Mbeumo (on 60): United went longer when he came on, which created more space. But Milan exploited it. 6
Shea Lacey (on 60): Came on in his favoured right-sided role but did not make much of an impact. 6
