Enzo Maresca notched his first victory as Manchester City manager in their pre-season friendly against a K-League XI in South Korea.

Having lost on penalties against Inter Milan in Hong Kong on Saturday, goals from Rayan Ait-Nouri, Tijjani Reijnders and Divin Mubama gave City victory in sweltering conditions at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

How did the City players perform?

Gianluigi Donnarumma: Beaten at his near post for the K-League XI's equalising goal and picking the ball out of the net was his only job in the match. 5

Rico Lewis: Quiet at right-back and, as last Saturday's performance showed, he looks more suited to playing further up in midfield. 6

Abdukodir Khusanov: With City in command, the Uzbek's pace was not called upon at the back and he coasted through the 45 minutes on the pitch. 6

Ruben Dias: Took the captain's armband and looked a real leader at the back. With Bernardo Silva gone, could the Portuguese be given the role on a permanent basis? 6

Josko Gvardiol: With numerous options available at centre-back for Maresca, could Gvardiol be a starter at left-back this term? Was untroubled in the position all game. 6

Mateo Kovacic: Looking fully fit after his injury issues last season, the Croatian saw plenty of the ball and could start the season in the absence of Rodri, having recently told BBC Sport the club "count on me" to contribute this season. 7

Tijjani Reijnders: Showcased what he is capable of. Given license to roam and looked effective with his marauding runs into the box, playing a huge part in the opening goal and rasping home a lovely second. 8

Rayan Ait-Nouri: Deployed further up the pitch from his usual left-back position and scored a well-taken first-time finish to break the deadlock. 7

Antoine Semenyo: Playing from the right in this game, this was another sparkling performance from the lively Ghanaian. Pulled out an audacious flick to set up Reijnders' goal. 8

Phil Foden: Always scanning for the ball, the Englishman was in the pockets but blazed over a good chance from a very presentable position. 6

Divin Mubama: Doing his first-team chances no harm by scoring his second goal in two pre-season games. A real poacher's finish after the goalkeeper spilled the ball, but somehow failed to add a second with the goal gaping wide open. 7

Marcus Bettinelli: Doesn't see much first-team action as third-choice goalkeeper but didn't look fazed in the heat of the action, coming out calmly to claim a high cross into the box. 6

Vitor Reis: Reacted quickly to track back and make an important block as the K-League XI threatened a goal on the break. 6

Max Alleyne: Showed good reading of the game to come across and deny an opposition player. 6

Savinho: Unable to make an impact like he did on Saturday against Inter. 6

Nico Gonzalez: Always showing for the ball and will be hoping to step up in the absence of Rodri. 6

Stephen Mfuni: More first-team minutes in the bank at left-back for the England youth international. 6

Matheus Nunes: Back at the club following the World Cup with Portugal and returns to his now-familiar position of right-back. 6

Omar Marmoush: Another who was at the World Cup with Egypt but could not direct a header on target, and had two other efforts saved by the goalkeeper. 6

Jaden Heskey: Saw his brother Reigan leave the club this summer - will Jaden himself stay or go after making an appearance? 6

Claudio Echeverri: Little of note from the Argentine after coming on in the second half. 6

Jeremy Monga: The £10m teenager came on for his first City appearance since joining the club from Leicester this summer and fans will be excited to see what he is capable of. Unfortunate to have a goal disallowed. 6
