Florian Bianchini's future at Swansea City looks to be in doubt after the French forward was left out of the Championship club's pre-season training camp in Austria.
Swansea paid just under £2m to sign Bianchini from Bastia in August 2024, when he signed a contract running until 2028.
But the 24-year-old made only a limited impact during his first campaign in Wales and endured a difficult loan spell at Portsmouth last season.
Bianchini, who can play out wide or up front, scored three goals in 38 appearances – only eight of which were league starts – in his one year as part of Swansea's squad.
He then played 11 times for Portsmouth, where he did not score a goal, between August and November 2025 before his season was curtailed thanks in part to a knee injury.
As well as Bianchini, centre-back Cameron Burgess and winger Eom Jisung are absent from the travelling Swansea party after playing at World Cup.
They are due to return to pre-season training after the trip, while the other Swan who was at this summer's tournament, New Zealand's Marko Stamenic, is expected to join up with his club-mates in Austria.
Cameron Congreve and Filip Lissah have travelled after successful loan spells at Dundee and Falkirk respectively last season.
Youngsters Evan Watts, Arthur Parker, Thomas Woodward, Carter Heywood and Dan Watts are also included, but there is no Ben Lloyd after his stint at Newport County
Swansea will play three friendlies during their week-long camp.
They will take on German second-tier sides Holstein Kiel on Saturday, 18 July (15:30 BST) and VFL Bochum – who are managed by former Manchester City striker Uwe Rosler – on Tuesday, 21 July (17:00 BST) before a meeting with Italian top-flight club Udinese on Friday, 24 July (12:00 BST).
