Plans to expand Truro stadium and surrounding area
New retail and residential areas will be built adjacent to the football ground

Truro City have released plans to increase the capacity of their stadium and develop the area around the ground.
Under the plans, which will cost between £50m and £60m, the Truro Community Stadium will have a new clubhouse and an increase on the 3,000 spectators it can currently accommodate.
Much of it will be privately funded or paid for by institutional investors with the planning process expected to take up to a year and the club hoping work can start within two years.
Land around the ground at Langarth will also be developed with homes, a community centre, retail units and a 3G pitch being built.
The area already has a 1,250-space car park as part of Cornwall Council's park and ride scheme into the centre of Truro.
"Truro City is on a journey of continual improvement in everything we do," the club's chief executive Robin Karkeek said.
"Part of that journey is the aspiration to provide a solid foundation for the club's future success, both on the pitch and in the community.
"We have reached a real milestone opportunity for development in and around the Truro City stadium site, that will underpin the needs of the club for future generations.
"We still have a long way to go, but with the continued support of fans, sponsors and stakeholders, working with Treveth Holdings and Cornwall Council, we will get there.
"Truro City Football Club is an exciting place to be right now, and we are driven to succeed."

Truro moved into their new stadium in the summer of 2024, winning promotion from National League South in their first campaign at the ground.
They had been without a home for four years after leaving their previous base at Treyew Road.
In that time, they played home matches at Plymouth Parkway's Bolitho Park ground as well as a handful of games at Gloucester City.
Truro Community Stadium currently has a stand down one side of the ground and small terraces at either end.
Under the proposals the new clubhouse will be built on the open side of the ground with a new terrace at the end where the current temporary changing rooms and offices are situated.
Much of the retail and residential development will be to the west of the ground, behind what will be the new terracing with a 3G pitch built to the south of the stadium behind the area of the planned new clubhouse.
