Hope-Bell ends Auqib Nabi's first over by clipping him to mid-wicket for four, and the next - by Tom Lawes - starts with Asa Tribe dabbing down to the third man boundary

Big shout for lbw as Kent bowler Khaled Ahmed clatters one into Keaton Jennings' pads but the umpire is unmoved.

Hameed c Tear b Price 31 (Sussex v Notts 47-1)
Breakthrough for Sussex but Haseeb Hameed will be so disappointed with himself here.
The Notts skipper flashes at one that's short and wide of off stump from Tom Price but edges through to Charlie Tear at first slip, who takes a fairly simple catch.
Hameed looked in good nick and Notts were going along without too much trouble until that moment.
Kent v Lancashire 30-0
A strong over for Lancashire with eight from it off Matt Milnes and it ends with four for Michael Jones, flicking through mid-wicket.
Critchley c Mousley b Bamber 10 (Essex 29-4 v Warwickshire)
Well that Sam Hain drop doesn't count for too much as Essex promptly lose their fourth wicket just a few balls later.
Ethan Bamber is doing the business for his side - he's on 3-3 from 7 overs. Outstanding opening bowling.
Matt Critchley had made a decent start, cracking Chris Woakes for a couple of boundaries but he feels for one outside off stump and edges it to third slip for one of the easiest catches Dan Mousley will ever take.
Critchley is furious but just about stops himself punching his own bat on the way off.
Organ c Grumbs b Holland 27 - Leicestershire v Hampshire 42-5
Disaster for Hampshire. Triumph for Ian Holland, who has four out of the five wickets to fall.
His latest victim is Felix Organ - who fences outside off to Sheridon Gumbs at third slip.

A bit of respite for Hampshire, who pick up seven runs from the first Ben Green over.
A leg side half volley is dismissively lifted over square leg by the other Ben (Brown) for four.

Nicely timed by Sam Whiteman off the pads off Lewis Gregory for four.

It's all very steady for Notts at the moment and that will suit them down to the ground after being put in by Sussex.
Haseeb Hameed is 29* and Ben Slater is unbeaten on 15 after 14 overs.
Leicestershire v Hampshire 35-4
Leicestershire weren't far from a fifth wicket in the last over.
Nathan Gilchrist draws a play and a miss from Felix Organ, who somehow gets through the over on 19.
Ian Holland strays to leg in the next over and Organ clips the ball away for four.

Alex Lees drives Ben Allison back past mid-on for four and Durham are 43-0 after 12 overs against Worcestershire at the Riverside.
Middlesex are trying to steady things down following those two early wickets and Ben Geddes clips JT Langridge to mid-wicket for four as they progress to 31-2 in the 11th over.
Yorkshire 40-2 v Somerset
