Sunrisers Hyderabad's David Payne has been ruled out of the remainder of the Indian Premier League with an ankle injury.
The 35-year-old left-arm seamer was signed as a replacement player for Australia's Jack Edwards and took two wickets in two matches.
He is the second English player to be ruled out for Sunrisers this week after Brydon Carse with a hand injury earlier in the week.
Sunrisers are yet to announce a replacement for Payne.
Elsewhere, Mumbai Indians have signed Krish Bhagat as a replacement for Atharva Ankolekar.
