All In The Mind Awards 2027

Claudia Hammond and BBC Radio 4 want to recognise the people and projects that have made a significant difference by supporting you with your mental health.

Make your nomination below in one of three categories: Individual, Professional or Project. Nominators may submit a maximum one nomination per category. If more than one nomination is received per category, only the first nomination received will be considered. Entries close at 1.00pm on Friday 8th January, 2027.

About you

To nominate someone, you must be aged 18 years or over.

Your nominee

You can nominate any individual or professional 18 years or over. If nominating a project, there must be a representative for the project who is 18 years or over. Things to remember: You must get permission from the individual, professional or project you want to nominate before you submit the form. You must have informed the nominee that they will be contacted by the BBC. We will tell the nominee your name if we contact them. The information you send will be used to contact the individual or group you nominate.

Please select which category you are making your nomination in:

How has this individual, professional or project made a difference to you and your recovery?

Here are some prompts to help structure your answer:

What was the mental health challenge that you experienced? When was this?

Why are you nominating the individual, professional or project? How well do you think they understood your mental health?

Please provide examples of support the nominee provided.

Please describe the difference the individual, professional or project made in your life.
