Creator of SARS supports its dissolution

Young Nigerians say they are often targeted by rogue police officers.

Fulani Kwajafa was the Police Commissioner who led the creation of the just disbanded SARS unit in 1984. It’s aim was to combat armed robbery. He told the BBC that he was supporting its dissolution.
