Elections to happen in August, but critics think the rainy season will affect turnout
Ethiopia's electoral commission has announced a provisional date for the country's next presidential election. It's caused some controversy there - because the date suggests voters will cast their ballots during the rainy season, presenting several logistical issues. So, will voting during the wet weather dampen voters turnout? The BBC's Kalkidan Yibeltal reports
