Mogadishu presidential area under attack

A shoot-out is ongoing between Al Shabab militants and an elite Somali Government force around Mogadishu's Syl Hotel popular with politicians and expats.

Ethiopia's Prime Minister speaks of his commitment to peace and democracy as he's awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
