New Ebola cases in the DRC

There's been nine new cases of the deadly Ebola virus reported in North Kivu and Ituri provinces.

Constant violence and widespread civil unrest plus targeted attacks have severely disrupted the Ebola response and restricted access to affected communities.

Liberia's government has denied the allegations of missing money, despite the fact that banknotes are currently not in circulation.

The country's currency crisis is rooted in the alleged disappearance of close to sixteen billion Liberian dollars -- more than one hundred million US dollars -- in banknotes last year.
