Ethiopia: Government says 2020 elections will hold

Ethiopia's ruling party EPRDF has confirmed that general elections will hold next year, despite recent unrest in various parts of the country including an alleged coup plot which has fuelled speculations that elections might be postponed.

he Nigerian Police Force has taken to Twitter to express anger and demand answers from the army after soldiers ambushed and killed three police officers whilst they were transporting a suspect in the north-eastern state of Taraba.
