A new cyclone could be hitting Tanzania and neighbouring countries this week. It comes only days after cyclone Idai left its deadly mark on Mozambique. The Tanzanian government has issued a high-alert weather alarm to prompt rescue services and prepare the population. So what is triggering the deadly weather phenomenon? We ask Acting Director of the Tanzanian meteorological agency, Dr Paschal Waniha.
