A new cyclone could be hitting Tanzania and neighbouring countries this week. It comes only days after cyclone Idai left its deadly mark on Mozambique. The Tanzanian government has issued a high-alert weather alarm to prompt rescue services and prepare the population. So what is triggering the deadly weather phenomenon?
