
Saudi Arabia executes Nigerian woman
She was convicted for drug trafficking together with two Pakistani men and one Yemenite
- There's been widespread condemnation today following news that Saudi Arabia yesterday has carried out four executions. One woman, a Nigerian national was executed in the city of Mecca, along with two Pakistani men and a Yemeni man.
- Among the countless challenges left in the wake of Cyclone Idai, which hit Mozambique on March 15th, is now a virulent outbreak of cholera. A mass vaccination campaign is due to start tomorrow in Beira, where over a thousand cases have been recorded so far, including one fatality.
