Ugandan army officials attack journalist
Journalist James Akena was reporting on on going protests. The army has since apologised.
The Ugandan army has apologised since journalist James Akena appeared in a video while being beaten by security officials. As protests in support of opposition MP and musician Bobi Wine continue other journalists were also beaten; Morocco is to reintroduce military conscription for citizens under the age of 25, including women; In Tanzania 'mortuary attendants' are in short supply, so a training initiative has been set up to get aspirants up to skill.
