Over 70 arrests in Kampala protests

A Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson says over 70 people were arrested during a day of sporadic protests in pockets of the capital. The protests were staged over the arrest of Robert Kyagulanyi - an opposition lawmaker and musician known as Bobi Wine; Sierra Leone will introduce free school education for all children, fulfilling one of the electoral promises of leader Julius Maada Bio.
