Nikki Rous has been making a difference
For the last eight years, Shropshire musician Nikki Rous has been championing local talent through her regular songwriter showcase at Albert's Shed in Shrewsbury, helping to create a platform for emerging artists and live music fans alike. Now she's sharing her own story through music. Her latest single, No Space Left, explores the impact disability and inaccessibility can have on friendships and everyday life. Nikki joins BBC Introducing to talk about the song, why representation matters, and her hope that others facing similar experiences feel seen and understood.
