Swapping icy Evesham for the dunes of Morocco
An Evesham musician swapped the winter chill for Morocco’s golden sand dunes, spending a month traveling across the country on a self-planned writing retreat.
Acoustic singer/songwriter Jeremy Johnson performed impromptu gigs in Marrakesh and Fes, absorbed Morocco’s rich musical culture while recording new material inspired by the journey.
Living in the back of a camper van, his travels took him from the bustling souks of Marrakesh to the vast dunes of the Sahara.
