‘Michael Gove is wrong’ - former Attorney General
Justice Secretary Michael Gove is "wrong" to say David Cameron's EU renegotiation deal is not legally binding and could be overturned by the European Court of Justice, former Attorney General Dominic Grieves has told the Today programme.
Mr Grieves told presenter Sarah Montague that the court cannot ignore the deal "and remain a credible court".
The deal “can't just be magicked away by saying ‘it's of no account because the court can ignore it’," he said.
